Creates a soil mix that can be reused for many years

Potted Plants And Nurseries

Growing healthy plants starts with healthy soil. Conditioning your potting soil with Genesis Biochar will provide permanent homes for all the good things that you want in your soil. Before you decide what to populate those homes with, you may  want to investigate the needs of the plants you're going to be potting. This is especially important for commercial growers of cannabis, hemp, flowers or vegetables. Use the plant specific information to identify what amendments you should use to inoculate (charge up) the biochar. Let the inoculated mix soak a minimum of three days so it has time to absorb the amendments and stabilize. Then mix it into your soil at a 10% to 20% ratio or at a ration recommended by the amendment provider. If the plant specific information is unavailable or impractical to use, a 50/50 - Genesis Biochar / Compost mix is a good strategy. This mix should set for a minimum of three days or as long as is practice before mixing it into the soil. Mix it into your soil at 5% to 10% Ratio.  Adding a layer of biochar in the bottom of the pot promotes good  drainage, while also acting as a filter to help catch nutrients.

In  addition to growing healthy plants you will also find that by using  Genesis Biochar in your soil mix, you will have a growing mix that can be re-used successfully for many years.
