When you add Genesis BioChar to your cat’s litter box both  your nose and your pocket book will be forever grateful. Cat litter  mixes will vary from one brand to another so experiment with the volume  of your mix. A good place to start is to mix in about one third Genesis  BioChar to the cat litter. Along with odor and ammonia reduction,  Genesis BioChar leads to fewer flies and pathogens, for improved animal  health. 

Remember  to use caution when handling cat litter. Always wash your hands  thoroughly after handling used cat litter, as cat feces may contain  Toxoplasma gondii—a parasite that can cause toxoplasmosis. Pregnant or  nursing women, as well as children and anyone with a weakened immune  system, should avoid handling used cat litter. Always handle litter in a  ventilated area to avoid inhalation. Keep contents and packaging out of  reach of children and pets. Seek medical help in case of accidental  ingestion.
