We accept credit card payment through PayPal.
Credit Card Safety
Genesisbiochar.com processes credit card transactions through a secure socket layer (SSL). In plain English, this means that your personal and credit card information is encrypted so that it cannot be intercepted and read as it travels through Internet space.
This is what happens to your order when it is submitted
When your order is completed online, you will receive a confirmation of order via email.
You will receive another confirmation email when it is shipped. All ordinary communication regarding your order will be sent via email. Please be sure to provide us with a valid email address when creating or editing your account. It is in your best interest to stay informed.
Shipping Options
We are able to ship 1 or 2 units of the smaller packages through USPS. However, the larger boxes and orders with multiple units of the smaller packages must ship by UPS Ground and cannot ship to a PO Box. If you want to ship to a PO Box please select Ground shipping then notify us and our staff will adjust to USPS if it is available. The cubic yard totes and loos bulk orders will be shipped with a common carrier. All customer pickups must be done by appointment.
Genesis Biochar is shipped from our biochar facility in northwest Montana.
Product Availability
The good people at Genesisbiochar.com are committed to making sure that everything on Genesisbiochar.com is available. Please allow up to 10 working days for shipping. You will be notified if there are any problems. Pricing and availability of products are subject to change without notice and are at the discretion of Genesisbiochar.com.
Taxes
Your order will not be assessed taxes. You will be responsible to pay any taxes to your state, or local governments if they require that you pay taxes on online purchases.
Privacy
All customer information has the sole purpose of bing used for processing your order. An option to allow for future email correspondence regarding product information and promotions may be offered. No customer information is shared with third parties other than for payment and the shipping service partner.
Cookies
Genesisbiochar.com may allow for the use of cookies to capture information about your visit in order to provide a better user experience. It is the responsibility of the site visitor to disable cookies if they are deemed an invasion of privacy by the visitor.
Returns
If your return is postmarked within 10 days from the date you received the merchandise we will accept returns for a refund of your purchase price, less a 10% restocking fees, shipping and delivery charges,. The merchandise must be unused, in its original package, and in resalable condition. If it is not in resalable condition we will not be able to offer a refund or credit. Your return should be shipped by UPS, FEDX or by the same shipping company that delivered your merchandise. You should insure your return for your protection. All returns must include a copy of the original receipt that came with your shipment. Proof of purchase is your email confirmation, the packing slip received with the shipment, or your order number. If you don’t have proof of purchase we will not be able to offer a refund or credit. Please, allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund request to be processed.

Cancellations
Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Cancelled orders will be charged a 5% processing fee. Reference the above Returns policy if you have received your merchandise.
Warranty
USDA Organic Certified Genesis Biochar is made in Montana. We are confident that you will be happy with our products but because of the variables present with any application or environment, we can not and will not express any warranty or give any guarantee for the performance of how our products interact or perform with your application or in your environment.
